At Filluxe, we take great care in crafting and packaging every product. However, we understand that things can sometimes go wrong. Here's how we handle returns and shipping.
Shipping Methods, Times & Costs
Shipping options, delivery time, and cost are automatically calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and selected method. We currently ship within the United States.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made in small batches and for personal care use, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
* The item arrived damaged
* The item is defective (e.g., packaging issue or manufacturing error)
If this happens, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
* A photo of the product and the issue
* Your order number
* A brief description of the problem
We will either send a replacement or issue a refund—depending on the situation.
Refund Conditions
* Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective items.
* Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
* Return shipping (if requested) is covered by the customer, unless otherwise stated by our support team.
